Nominated for 2015 Best Fiction Film, Saratoga High Media Arts Program Our film follows a Vietnam veteran dealing with PTSD in his everyday life. America was rallied against the Vietnam War, and its veterans have the highest suicide rate. We hoped to reveal the raw struggle behind the soldiers after coming home to no support system for their trauma. Produced primarily in Final Cut Pro with Kabir Manghnani and Spencer Yen. |

1st Place 2015 Cherubs Cinema Contest, Northwestern University Working with Home First Respite Center in San Jose, CA, and a local nonprofit, Teens Just Cause, we address the issues and stigmas surrounding homelessness through individual stories, policies, and possible solutions. Our main message is to just treat homeless people as human beings because they are more than a stereotype. Produced primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with Jennifer Chen, Nina Nelson, Ashvita Ramesh, and Christine Raj. |

Nominated for 2014 Best Multimedia Journalism, Saratoga High Media Arts Program The Saratoga elementary and middle schools' new 2013-14 minimum day policy caused confusion and distress among the community. Our editorial-style documentary addressed the concerns of parents, teachers, and administrators to uncover the real problem - the community's lack of communication.
